Broken

She desperately yearns to embrace his life
The look she hides faces her back
Under the luring cover on midnight

She feels a chilling gust
in her hair, down her neck
But the coldest comes with his sight

Adoring solitude,
Not all those fears it bears with
In lunar shades it’s him she worships
Though he’s long time dead
